This PUPPY is purebred and is |

American Bulldog Association, and National Kennel Club. |

|
|
|
|
| The
BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of
the sale. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The
BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after
delivery. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The
BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours
of delivery. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| If
the PUPPY is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian,
it shall be returned to the |
| BREEDER
immediately, and the PUPPY will be replaced with one of the same sex, age
and value as soon |
| as
one is available, if one is not available a full refund will be given.
BREEDER reserves the right to have |
| PUPPY
examined by their own veterinarian. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| All
appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of
this vaccination history |
| is supplied. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The
BUYER agrees to maintain the PUPPY'S health in good condition, and to
provide yearly examinations, |
| vaccinations,
heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good
health. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| There
are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet,
exercise, weight gain, etc. |
| The
BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate
vaccinations, exercise and feeding |
| schedule
as supplied by the BREEDER. Most
particularly, the BUYER agrees to keep the PUPPY slim |
| throughout its normal
growth period. |
It
is the BUYERS responsibility to provide proof that these conditions |
| have been met. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Any
returned animal must be accompanied by any and all paperwork supplied by
the BREEDER at the time |
| of
sale, as well as a written statement from a licensed veterinarian
indicating the following: (a) all shots |
| are
and have been kept current. (b)
dog has had a negative fecal within thirty 30 days. ( c) dog has had a |
| negative
heartworm test within thirty (30) days and has been kept on heartworm
preventative. (d)
Dog |
| appears
to be healthy and well cared for. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **The
BUYER agrees never to
dog-fight or an any way participate in dog-fighting with this PUPPY. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **The
BUYER agrees to provide a suitable and secure area for this PUPPY. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **The
BUYER agrees to provide the PUPPY with basic obedience training.
The PUPPY will grow very large and must be kept under control as
not to taint the image of the American Bulldog breed, or cause itself or
anyone else harm. This is in
the best interest of the PUPPY and the BUYER, many dogs end up unwanted or
euthanized due to lack of proper training.
If the BUYER is not capable of providing this training on thier own
then they must hire someone who can. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **The
BUYER agrees to never sell or provide any offspring from this PUPPY to a
pet shop or any form of puppy mill. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **The
BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the BUYER cannot take proper care
of the PUPPY, |
| the
BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first right
of refusal (for no more than the original purchase price) to either : (a)
take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for
the PUPPY or (c) authorize the BUYER to give or sell the PUPPY to a home
approved by the BREEDER. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| **BUYER
agrees that they will NEVER
bring the PUPPY to a shelter or a pound, or abandon the PUPPY. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| All
males sold by BREEDER are sold with the condition that they may be used
for stud services by the BREEDER at no additional charge to BREEDER, for a
minimum of two stud services. Any
more than two stud services will be at a cost of no more than $400 per
stud service. This policy
ensures that the BREEDER has the ability to use the quality line that they
have produced for future breedings. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| BUYER
understands by signing this contract he/she is bound to all above
agreements and is aware of the |
| replacement
puppy only guarantee, absolutely no cash refunds will be given. If any of
the above conditions are not met especially the asterick (**) marked
conditions the BUYER will be in breech of contract. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| No
Oral Promises: This Puppy Contract constitutes the sole and only agreement
of the parties hereto and |
| supersedes
any prior understandings or written or oral agreeements between the
parties respecting the |
| subject
matter contained herein. No
amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms hereof shall be |
| binding
unless the same be in writing, dated subsequent to the date hereof, and
duly executed by the |
| parties hereto. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| In
case any one or more of the provisions contained in this contract shall
for any reason be held to be invalid, |
| illegal,
or unenforcable in any respect, such validity, illegality, or
unenforceability shall not affect any other |
| provisions
thereof and this contract shall be consturued as if such invalid, illegal,
or unenforcable provision |
| has never been contained
herein. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| This
Contract/Warranty is not transferable. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The
following statement is required by Florida statue 828.29: |
|
|
|
|
|
| It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29,
Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with
each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list
all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and
shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed
veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's
knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the
veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the
animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section
828.29(5), Florida
Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days
of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The
consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and
receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to
the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined
by another veterinarian. |
